Elevated Design Hub sells digital products, including video clips, templates, and access to online tools. Because these are delivered instantly and can be downloaded or accessed right away, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Welcome to Elevated Design Hub. By buying from or using our products, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying. Our products are digital: video clips, templates, ebooks, and access to online tools. Access or download is delivered after purchase.
Your license. When you buy a product, you get a license to use it for your own content and business. Unless a specific product states otherwise, you may:

Some products (for example, items sold with PLR or resell rights) come with their own license terms that are stated on the product itself. Where a product's own license differs from these general terms, the product's license controls.
AI-generated content. Some products, including our video clips, are created and edited using AI tools. Our web tools also generate text using AI. AI output can occasionally contain errors, so review anything you publish. You're responsible for what you post.
Acceptable use of our tools. Don't use our tools to create unlawful, harmful, hateful, or infringing content, and don't try to break, overload, resell, or scrape access to them. We may suspend access that's abused.
Access and availability. We aim to keep products and tools available and updated, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, change, or retire products over time. For products described as receiving ongoing updates, "lifetime" means access for as long as the product is offered.
Your account and access. Access is for you, the purchaser. Don't share your login or access links. We may revoke access that's shared or misused.
No income promises. Our products are tools and content to help you create. We don't guarantee any particular results, growth, reach, or income from using them.
Liability. Products are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Elevated Design Hub isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product in question.

Elevated Design Hub respects your privacy. Here's the short version of what we collect and why.
What we collect. When you buy or opt in, we collect the information you give us (like your name and email) and standard order details. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe and our checkout platform), who handle your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it. To deliver your products, provide access and support, send you emails you've opted into, and improve what we offer. If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Tools and third parties. We use trusted services to run the business, including payment processing, email delivery, file hosting, and analytics. They only receive what they need to do their job. Our AI-powered tools send your inputs to an AI provider to generate results; don't enter sensitive personal information into them.
Your choices. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from emails. Contact us through our contact page and we'll help.
Cookies. Our site and checkout may use cookies to keep things working and to understand traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
